Summary/Abstract: In January 1908 in Romania, the Democratic-Conservatory party is founded and this event shales the Romanian political world, lots of important politicians and other intellectuals get involved in this "moral clean-up" - among them, I.L. Caragiale. The article contains speeches and texts written by caragiale on this occasion. These texts are known only by a small circle of specialists, the large public hasn't yet had the occasion to read them until now.
