needs of national administration personnel education regarding the development management

Summary/Abstract: National administration personnel qualification improvement is an essential stage in the construction process of the modern development management. The needs in this scope are justified by numerous experts evaluations. National administration personnel, taking part in the programming, completion and further improvement of the development politics should systematically rise its knowledge and qualifications. The paper presents results of research performed in 2010 in all branches of local government in Poland to diagnose the needs of the personnel regarding the improvement of their knowledge and qualifications in scope of development management.
