Summary/Abstract: Fragmentary stone statuary found in the open-air store of the Temple of Hatshepsut in Deir el-Bahari belonged most probably to representations of Queen Hatshepsut. Two variants of kneeling statues representing Hatshepsut holding nw vases (made of granodiorite and pink limestone) and another type of statue in the form of a sphinx were identified among the remains. The research has led to a restoration of some of the statues and of the inscriptions found on them.
