Summary/Abstract: Sever Voinescu writes avout the law 187/1999 allows the access to the personal security file to any Romanian citizens or foreign citizens who, after 1945, acquired Romanian citizenship and offers to any Romanian citizen the possibility to be informed, upon request, in connection with the position of agent or collaborator of the security of the persons occupying or standing as a candidate for one of the public functions or dignities.
