Summary/Abstract: Concept of value based management in focus has maximization of company value that is maximization of shareholder value. Implications of those managing concept is to make possible for company to have systematic access to analyze managerial options and that management built analytical ability for rigorous evaluation possible managerial options, too. BSC is balanced managerial system which can motivate management and contribute important improvement in key areas of business as production program, internal process, targeting consumers and development of market. The aim of this paper is to represent complementary of Balanced Scorecard model and Value based management. The aim is to show possibility of implementation Balanced Scorecard as managerial instrument for shareholder value maximization based on causeeffect relations of this goal (performance) with goals of efficiency internal business processes, as well as, relationship with other key stakeholders groups (suppliers, employee and customers).
