The Investigation of the Parts Orientation by Search Technique

Summary/Abstract: The research of the orientation of the parts is presented in the paper. The orientation of the parts with the use of automatic search is an advanced method. It enables to improve reliability and accuracy of assembling. The identification of an optimal searching mode was performed by the digital analysis method. This mode estimates searching trajectory composed of two steps. The drawn curves allow to choose optimal parameters of the assembling mechanism.
