Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the theory of the so called insult’s law according to the press code and the criminal code of Austria-Hungarian monarchy and according to the press code and the code on protection of dignity of the so called First Czechoslovak Republic, in the context of freedom of thinking, freedom of meaning, freedom of speech, resp. freedom of expression.
