Summary/Abstract: Decisions making in many social, investment in construction, medical and other fields are transforming into the multiple attributes decision making problems, which are solved by the multiple attributes decision making methods. Often the multiple attributes decision making involved some uncertainty, conditioned by various reasons both objective and subjective. Consequently, the question arises “Is the final decision reliable?”. The above-mentioned reasons motivate us to search the way of evaluating the reliability of the multiple attributes decision. The objective of this manuscript is to apply the statistical methods in the evaluation of reliability of the multiple attributes decision. The statistical methods used in this manuscript are: 1) nonparametric hypothesis on the sample of results; 2) parametric hypothesis on the averages of the result sample; 3) calculation of the confidence interval of averages of the result sample. The authors have proposed the algorithm for evaluating the reliability of multiple attribute decisions.
