Summary/Abstract: Primary health care (POZ) is the most important element of the health care sys¬tem. The main task of the primary health care’s doctors is to ensure the health care services to specified population of patients and the regulation of access to benefits specialist. A typical form of remuneration is capitation, a complementary role meets the fee-for-service payment – each of these mechanisms generates different incentives for physicians.
