Summary/Abstract: The paper is devoted to the structured products offered by banks. The essence of those instruments is pointed as well as the key elements of their construction, affecting their profitability and risk. The empirical data for the Polish market is also presented, including the evaluation of investment attractiveness of structured products (for buyers and issuers).
