The concept of quantification of risk funding

Summary/Abstract: Company funding is one of the most important problems in its performance. In the background of a complex process there is funding risk that may appear in various kinds and may concern a capital giver as well as a capital receiver. The method of funding risk quantifi¬cation is presented in the article through firstly defining the influence of outer and inner factors on the single kinds of funding risk. Next, a class and intensity of funding risk is determined which allows to indicate the importance of single kinds of this risk. Knowing the importance of a given funding risk it is possible to define the arithmetic means of funding risk that speci¬fies the adjusted funding structure.
