Summary/Abstract: This paper describes the aspects of building relationships at the level of client-business. Customer relationship management is one of the fundamental processes of enterprises since it involves both the provision of a product or a service to the client, as well as their evolution. However, what is important, CRM changes the perception of sale from the customer’s perspective replacing the product with a compound, and a single transaction with a process.
