ТНЕ NEW CONCEPT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN MACEDONIA

Summary/Abstract: The position as well as the role of public administration within the global political sistem is one of the crucial issues in the Macedonian society of transition. The relevance of the new status of public administration has two major levels: first, for the science of Administrative Law, and, second - which is even more important - for the practical functioning of the political system itself. Thus, the new concept of public administation in Macedonia will have great impact upon the exercising and protecting the constitutionally guaranteed human rights and liberties within this region.
