Summary/Abstract: Brief, but inspiring speech on the fall of communism that surprised the world - that is the essence of the scientific work of Jeane Kirkpatrick. Though even the shallow analysis shows the coercive construction of the socialist community, the author seeks an element more to prove the endurance of the traditional societies and values in comparison to the imposed communist regulations and relations. The second half of the scientific work tries to mark the nearest perspective of the new democracies end the possibility of their fast integration with the developed world. Finally, even the short debate onthe new role of the United States is not forgotten-penetrating into the phase of isolation or overtaking new functions in the world community."
