ТНЕ MEANING OF ТНЕ PRIVATIZATION AND TRANSFORMATION OF ТНЕ ЅОСIЕТУ CAPITAL

Summary/Abstract: Analysing the meaning of the transformation of the society capital, the author of this work concludes that the privatization is the essence of that transformation. Yet, it must be understood аѕ а complete return on the positions in the moment of disturbance of the evolutionary process of theproperty and ownership, which would mean that in а 50 years period nothing has happened in the field of the development. The privatization cannot be taken аѕ а goal for itself, and it can also not be considered only а transfer of the society capital in privatized ownership. The possibilities for manifesting of all forms of ownership should always be open. But, that represents а radicalturn into market economy, for only these conditions guarantee an ownership structure that leads into higherefficiency of the economy. That' ѕ the basis of the process of transformation of the society capital that would result maximum effects with minimum negative consequences.
