Summary/Abstract: Th e article focuses on the means used in the fi ght against corruption in Public Law. In Criminal Law, the problem of corruption is described within the framework of punishment of the criminal off ence of bribery; it also discusses the regulations regarding criminal liability of corporate bodies. In the framework of Administrative Law, the author of the article focuses on the area of public contracts, regulations for transparency in managing public assets, the Law on Civil Servants and Employees of the Public Administration and regarding Education in Public Administration and, last but not least, the Ethical Code in Public Administration.
