The Ancient Dacian Fortresses – an Important Location on the Map of the New Religious Movements in Romania

Summary/Abstract: The sectarian phenomenon is a social-religious one. The denominations are morally dangerous because it produces disorder, disobedience. The desire for wealth, the ignorance of Christian Church teaching, the lack of priests or their moral decay are some of the causes that have led to sectarian phenomenon in the Orthodox Church. After they apear and set them as organizations and associations, the denominations tended to expansion. The area of Orãºtiei was in the past the center of the spiritual life of our ancestors; today is a territory with significant historical artifacts and for new spiritual movements, with oriental influences, it is one of their main points on the map of Romania.
