Summary/Abstract: The monograph presents an analysis of the process of becoming an employee of an industrial enterprise. The study was based on participant observation and interviews. The author describes and analyzes the everyday life of employees. Author describes the interactive rituals, ritual of flirting, staff organizational stories and other institution cultural elements.
