Summary/Abstract: Somewhere in communist Eastern- Europe a mother is raising his eleven year son alone while the father is in a labour-camp. An unforeseen financial emergency forces the mother to consider selling some of his husband’s articles, and the son must also bring his own material sacrifices, which forces him to realize that his childhood is at end.
