Summary/Abstract: This paper is about users' instruction experience of the Archive of Tuzla Canton. In purpose of satisfying privilege of being informed, the users of the Archive use all relevant facts stored in archival materials and book collections of the Archive. Based on analysis done in the Archive that is referred to users' instruction we concluded that's necesary to digitize materials as soon as, i.e. to create data bases in order it would be accessible in shorter period of time to researchers and staff of the Archive in finding facts upon requests for issuing certified copies of documents stored in the Archive, improving the conditions of using the certain materials and strengthen staff. In that way all users groups, citizens, students, pupils, legal persons and physical persons - institutions, could content their needs in the best way.
