Summary/Abstract: Increasingly, culture is seen as an important tool for better understanding between peoples, and literary translation as a key tool for cultural transfer that brings them together. Today, more and more artistic interpretation is considered in the context of cultural transfer. Therefore translations is called more than ever to make a contribution to the dialogue between peoples, cultures and civilizations, to mediate the flow of contemporary cultural transfer. Undoubtedly, the poetic tradition in the Balkans is centuries‐old and powerful. It gave worldwide known names. But do the Balkan poets and writers are known among their neighbors? What is their contribution to the cultural transfer between the Balkan nations? How their work contributes to the building of the Balkans as a ʺpeninsula of peaceʺ? For friendship and brotherhood between the people of that peninsula suffered? For general culture of living in an era of increasingly globalized world? This is an issue to be studied and considered in depth; however this paper is focused mainly on the Turkish translations of few contemporary Bulgarian poets Nikola Vaptsarov, Lubomir Levchev, Blaga Dimitrova. It aims to trace sometime invisible spiritual liaisons that bring us closer as people and human being having similar emotions and feelings.
