Summary/Abstract: This article presents the value of work in the situation of visible modern axiological crisis. In the aspect of ideology of postmodern epoch and the model of pluralistic society the value of work appears as an antidote for visible universal values destruction. The last passages the article show the pedagogical society of young people engaged in the functioning of “Troska” Foundation as affirmation of universal values including the value of work.
