Summary/Abstract: The intellectual growth of modern man does not proceed in parallel of the moral. Technological advances changing environment, the human personality and social life, in addition to the many benefits, produce numerous threats for health, life, rule of law, public policy, ethical values. Raising the man responsible for the fate of their own and other people, conscious of their roots, dignity, role and place in the structure of reality requires urgent educational reforms – changes in organization, methods and content of education, as well as the competence of teachers.
