Summary/Abstract: The paper suggest an overview of the problem of doubling clitic and non-clitic personal pronouns in the accusative and dative having in mind a teaching perspective. The doubling of direct and indirect pronouns in Romanian is a grammatical phenomenon with strict syntactic and semantic rule, but insufficiently exploited in teaching. A systematic review of specific context arises from the need to improve, diversify and alternate teaching methods used in the classroom, eliminating difficulties and facilitating better understanding.
