Summary/Abstract: In Dionysiaca of Nonnus there are two examples of Dionysos' ministry of goddess Nemesis. The first of them is the punishment used to penalize Nikaia. She killed Hymnos, because he loved her. The god of wine raped her, when she was asleep. Second is the punishment, which he used to punish Aura. She offended goddess Artemis. Dionysos once again raped a girl. Nikaia gave birth to a daughter, Telete, and Aura to a son, Iakchos. The god is such a tool of Nemesis, but spiritus movens in this game is Eros.
