Summary/Abstract: Sever Voinescu does not want to miss such an important event as it was on the 3rd of February 2003, the day Vaclav Havel finished his presidential mandate. After 13 years as a leader (three as a President of Czechoslovakia, ten as President of Czech Republic), Vaclav Havel become an “ordinary citizen”, but continues to be a political symbol for freedom and democracy.
