Summary/Abstract: Cristian Ghinea interviews two politicians involved in the conception of the law concerning the freedom of information in Romania. Mona Muscă is a deputy for National Liberal Party while Vasile Dâncu is the Ministry of Public Information and member of Social Democratic Party. This is why each of them argues from different points of view this lawmaking process.
