GUIDELINES FOR NATIONAL BOSNIACS SURVIVAL AND DEVELOPMENT

Summary/Abstract: The entire history of Bosniacs, especially the period of aggression on Bosnia and Herzegovina (1992-1995), in front of this people put numerous questions that various answers were given on them, as a rule ad hoc, forced, fast, often rashly, never systematically. The answers on some of these questions we can see in establishing (sometimes re-establishing) of some institutions that cover certain fields of social and general-existential Bosniacs’ being revilement. It is understood that those forms of Bosniacs organizing are some of them, truly important, but basically partial answers on capital question: do we want and will we survive, develop and have prosperity as a nation in the future? Every Bosniac will answer “yes”, but for the question “how” we would have as many answer as we have Bosniacs. The answer on strategic existential question could not and must not be the fruit of our will “heart and soul”, it should be scientifically and methodologically based in all its aspects through (in my opinion) the project realization of “Bosniacs national programme”. Do we really need this project? Isn’t it enough to have solid will for survival, and time and circumstances will bring certain decisions, establish the organizations and systems, is it? Doesn’t it bring the creation in the future to risk that could lead us astray, does it?
