SOME OPINIONS REGARDING THE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE CHIEF AND THE SUBORDINATE

Summary/Abstract: The quality of the work environment depends on the relations with the colleagues and the boss. For things to go smoothly and everyone to be happy, everyone should have, at any time, a polite behavior. This also applies to the chief, even in the most stressful periods when emergencies and files have priority. In this article, the authors analyze some aspects regarding the relations between the chief and the subordinate in the police.
