COMMUNICATION PARTICULARITIES IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to highlight the particularities of the communication process in the educational organizations. In the educational organizations, the communication can be viewed from the perspective of the participants origins as an internal communication (teacher-teacher) and as a specific form of external communication (teacher-pupil, teacher-parent). Based on the applied questionnaires the conclusion is that in terms of teacher-pupil communication it could be observed a concern of teachers in establishing their teaching and learning strategies according to the standards of professional training, but also to the specificities of each group of pupils (attitude, degree of motivation, interest), the progress of pupils, placing an increased emphasis on the learning centered on pupil.
