Summary/Abstract: The social dialogue between employers and perspectives of vocational education and training development are analysed within the context of Lithuanian economic growth. The trends of social partnership legalization improvement are foreseen and suggestions for the development of social partnership infrastructure are presented. The analysis of the social partnership problems in vocational education and training is carried out, and the solutions are provided.
