Summary/Abstract: Correct orientation of elections involves the assertion of a culture geared towards improving the quality of information found under the route made valid models for the management of consensus, the stamp of transparency and communication competence. Normative prescriptions must not be the only element of the promotion of external economic communication; it should be defined by the satisfaction of the requirements for recognition - assessment, compliance with conditions of equality and decency. The objective of the paper is to highlight the fact that better information increases its reputation in the market because it is most visible manifestation of the quality management and its management. So, it's clear that in their own interest, entities must first of all substantive recommendations to update that tries to regulate economic activity and to communicate clearly, transparently and directly all the information necessary external subjects
