Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to provide an early parole from the rest of the sentence. Detailed rules are laid down in the criminal code. To prison could be paroled, it should meet certain requirements. The Prison Court decides at the meeting to dismiss. In the case of positive decision, the offender is waiting for a trial period of two to five years. During the period of trial, convict may be under the supervision of the probation officer. In addition, the Court may impose of the convict obligations, that he must perform, for example, he would like to apologize the victim. A period of trial can be performed negatively, if released will commit a crime again.
