Summary/Abstract: The present paper points the most essential dates of an important period of the history of Romanian people, which had a tremendous outcome for the legal field. It represents the final phase in the formation of the Romanian nation; gradual formation of feudal relations and the appearance of fairs and towns; political organization of the Romanian communities attested also in written sources in 9th century and which resisted hundreds of years, precisely because of migrations, on phase of principalities and local voivodships, brought together after 1300 in the central states of the Romanian Countries and Moldova Country.
