Summary/Abstract: The main objective of this paper is to explore and describe the significance of territorial cohesion, endogenous models of human capital and economic growth, and corporate-related human rights abuses. Scholarly research reveals strong correlations between the intersection of human rights and transnational corporate activity, the processes of globalization and financialization, and the new international hierarchical structures.
