Summary/Abstract: This study, aimed to show how big states use to the Armenians lived in Ottoman Empire for owns benefit. England wanted to get Cyprus on its own inspect for making the Indian Colony ways safe and inspecting Anatolia closer. They earned that chance in 1878 by Ottoman lost the war with Russia.
