Summary/Abstract: The article is an attempt at sketching the theory of Slavoj Žižek's virtual universe. The vision is based on three componens: structure and logic of cyberspace, place of body and identity, as well as an emancipatory potential of Virtual Reality. The dialectic analysis of Žižek's stance leads to the recognition of a fundamental aporia of the collective dimension of the cyber-world. That is why the ideas of Žižek are juxtaposed with an alternative, new formula of net-subjectivity, worked out on the basis of the interpretation of Christopher Nolan's film "Inception."
