A philosophy of reformation

Summary/Abstract: The reform is the renewal of a society, a state or its constitutive structures. The need to reform derives from the principle of change at the individual level and structure level in which the individual is a representative of a system. Succescul reform is guaranteed by knowing the basic principles of operation and composition of the state and its structures, not in political but in terms of composition and structure of human thinking individuals. Once known the mechanism, it may be identified the point of departure.
