Summary/Abstract: This is a brief analysis of 2004 electoral campaign in Romania with regard to new political phenomena, built on the new communication technology and allowing new forms of electorate’s mobilization, such as “flash-mobs”. Recent invention on the social life, flash-mob has been exercised in Romania for the first time in the 2004 electoral campaign. In author’s opinion, this is a sign of Romanian democracy’s development, and also one of greater civic spirit, showing a greater capacity of citizens to organize themselves and to act politically.
