Summary/Abstract: The economic development implies an assembly of quantitative, structural and qualitative changes, both in economy and in scientific research and manufacturing technologies etc. Such indicators can open the way to understanding the proportion claimed by the services within the economic growth, which reflects the extent in which the economic growth can rely on factors intensively connected to the level of professional training, to new conquests of technique and science. We can notice in the same time the efficiency degree of the activities included in the tertiary sector, which is revealed by the low level of material expenses but also by the results obtained by using a significant amount of living labour, intelligence and creativity.
