Summary/Abstract: The present work deals with the role of marketing communication between organization and employees as a factor determining market success. During years, attention of companies was mainly directed successively on material, financial and human resources ending now in recognizing the importance of informational resources that comprises marketing communication as well. This can be an advantage of the company in competition in its permanent concern to surviving and development.
