Summary/Abstract: The author starts from the complex and controversial Lucien Goldman's genetic structuralism as the crucial part of his thought, striving for a comprehensive and systematic explanation of his basic philosophie and categorial structure. He follows the genesis and the origin of this cognitive theoretic form of Marxist orientation and structuralist direction, revealing its position in the work of Goldman, as well as in its interpretations, giVing the insight in his basic notions and methodologie procedures: totality, relative totality, structure, vision of the world, homology, understanding and explication, possible consciousness, etc. He also observes critically his results, achievements and shortages.
