Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to discuss possible attitude of employees working for organizations which have introduced standardized quality management systems and in this context to discuss the research of financial institution conducted by the author. The paper presents inter alia basic problems connected with ensuring the effectiveness of quality management system.
