Proposal to support preventive activities in enterprises through the use of wielkopolska system of vocational and educational consulting

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the research is to identify opportunities to use the tool of Wielkopolska System of Vocational and Educational Consulting (WSVEC) in prevention activities in enterprises and in optimizing the costs of these activities. The identification of areas and activities in the company, in which it is reasonable to use the tool described in the article, allows to plan the research the result of which it will possible to clearly identify financial benefits in enterprises, resulting from the use of the tool and the existence of the enterprises within WSVEC. Earlier, during designing and testing of the tool, the surveyed entrepreneurs explicitly assessed the system and the tool. The objects of research are WSVEC and preventive activities in enterprises. To reach the research objective, an analysis of the relevant functions of the tool, which is a component of WSVEC, has been done, the process including some preventive activities has been identified and the areas of possible benefits from the use of the tool of WSVEC in the described process have been indicated.
