Summary/Abstract: The objective of the hereby paper presents an attempt to identify axiological foundations defining the significance of a human being in an organization by approaching issues constituting answers to the following questions: How and by what is axiology revealed in an organization management system? How is the place and role of an employee institutionally identified in management system? What criteria distinguish approaches to the place and role of an employee in management system? What factors decide about either subjective or objective approach? While considering the role and place of an employee as part of management systems the author of the hereby study also constructs the decalogue of major problems referring to human capital.
