OPINIONS REGARDING MILITARY ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ROLE AND FUNCTIONS

Summary/Abstract: Organizational culture problematic, attempts to identify the way to implement its values in different organizations framework generated various approaches. Culture is continuously changing as a necessity to adapt to external and internal environment. Trying to produce desired changes in a military organization’s culture, I have analyzed its role and functions. Military organizational culture’s role and functions revealed its deep influence on each military or civilian contractor, on each subculture and organization as a whole.
