Summary/Abstract: The Romanian Armed Forces, like any other modern army, needs to modernize its methods of teaching in order to reach the quality standards required and by the Constitution, by its status of NATO and EU member state. The human factor with all its components is the real generator of policy and strategy of delimitation and exploitation of the political areas which present interest. All the security systems have the human being as their purpose.
