CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE DECISIONAL PROCESS WITHIN LOGISTICS MODULES IN THE PREPARATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF RESPONSE OPERATIONS TO MILITARY CRISES

Summary/Abstract: Logistics support decision in military crises situations, regardless of the decision level, has a complex character, involves knowledge, professional and managerial expertise, rationality and creativity. Logistics support decision-making is important during the development of the operation planning process in military crises situations and materialized by issuing and implementing of the logistics support annex to the OPORD (Operation Order). It is the result of the processes and specific decisional acts, which are subsumed to the major processes determined by the mission’s particularities that have to be accomplished.
