Summary/Abstract: The current tendencies for developing military actions together with other soldiers and civilians belonging to other nations in a modern battle space requires a deeper analysis of the officer’s training process from the Land Forces from intercultural perspective. In this respect, his intercultural competence training helps to solve the existing problems in a multinational force from an intercultural environment.
