Summary/Abstract: The following paper presents the organsation and the decision-making procedures of the most important financial organisations of the global world – The International Monetary Fund and the World Trade Organsation. The paper presents some of the similarities of the two organisations but also the differences. The paper emphasis the role of the euro-atlantic states in the two organisations that were accused to follow the interest of the developed states and not the interest of the beneficiaries.
